Walk In and Wait Clinics
In addition to our bookable clinics, we also have a Walk In and Wait clinic in Harrogate
Tuesday: 4pm - 7pm
Please be aware of a few things before attending these clinics:
Our walk in clinics are very popular, and sometimes the wait can be up to 2 hours.
When you arrive, you’ll be asked to fill out a short form to let us know the reason for your visit. This helps us make sure everyone is seen by the right clinician and therefore you may not be seen in order of attendance. We’ll do our best to see you as soon as we can.
Attending a walk-in clinic doesn’t always guarantee you’ll be seen on that day. Once safe capacity is reached and we are unable to accept any more patients, we'll help you make alternative arrangements to be seen another time.

Top Tips:
Car parking is available over the road at Harrogate District Hospital. Car parking is available using automatic number plate recognition (ANPR). You pay for car parking when you leave by entering your car’s registration into the parking validation machines in the front entrance of the hospital.
Accessibility
Unfortunately we are having regular problems with the lift at our Heatherdene clinic, and we cannot currently guarantee it will be working. If you have any accessibility requirements, please let our Central Bookings Team know when you book your appointment, so we can make arrangements for a room on the ground floor, or find an alternative clinic location for you. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes, and are working hard on a long-term solution.
