How long will my results take?
Once you've been tested, we know you'll be keen to get your results as soon as possible, and we'll be doing our best to ensure this is the case.
Your results will be sent to you by text message within 10 to 14 working days of your test. Sometimes it might be sooner, but this is a realistic expectation for you.
How will I get my results?
Your results will be sent via text to the number we have on file.
The text will come from NHSNoReply.
Your phone may group this with other messages sent from NHSNoReply such as those from your GP surgery or hospital, but rest assured our service remains separate and confidential.
Will I get all my results at the same time?
No, your results will be sent as and when they are available. This might mean different texts on different days. Please allow the full 10-14 days to receive them all.
The text will explicitly say what the result is for, e.g. your chlamydia test was negative.
What happens if I don't receive my results within 10-14 days?
Please allow the full time before contacting us about any missing test results.

How do I enquire about previous results?
