A reminder of some of the changes to our service this week, due to our new online system. ☎️ Our phone lines will continue on reduced timings this week - Monday to Friday, 8am to 10am and 2pm to 4pm. 👥 Our York Walk In clinics will be reduced, and available for urgent need only. On Tuesday 13th, the all ages Walk In will run from 12-1pm, followed by the under 17s from 4-5pm. On Wednesday 14th, the all ages Walk In will run from 4-5pm. 👥 Our Harrogate Walk In clinic on Tuesday 13th will run from 8am to 12pm, instead of in the afternoon. There will also be an additional Walk In clinic on Monday 12th from 8am to 12pm. ❗️ We'll be running on reduced capacity, so please expect to wait longer at our Walk In clinics, particularly with reduced capacity. If you'd prefer not to wait, please consider booking an appointment instead. ✉️ We're still offering postal testing to those aged 16+ ❗️ Remember you can access some services elsewhere - your local pharmacy can help with things like the emergency contraceptive pill and starting oral contraception. Your GP can also provide sexual healthcare.
