I was referred and given an appointment very quickly, this was also amazing as it meant I had support very quickly. I’d recommend this service and I feel it’s vital for people who need to access counselling and therapy but who ordinarily might struggle to access such services. ⭐️ I instantly felt comfortable and at ease, after 6 weeks of weekly sessions I walked out of there a better version of myself, feeling lighter and more confident.
