Please be aware of a few things before attending these clinics:

These clinics are very popular, and waiting times can be up to 2 hours. 

When you are registered, you'll be placed in a queue. This will depend on your reason for attending, and not the time you arrive. We will see you as soon as possible.

If we reach capacity, we'll have to close the queue.

We also have a dedicated Walk In and Wait clinic in York for young people aged 17 and under.

Top Tips:

There's no on-site parking at Monkgate, but we do have ample parking just behind us in Monk Bar Car Park. It's tucked away off Lord Mayor's Walk, on St John Street. Once you've parked, you can walk directly through from the car park. You'll pass the GP surgery, the staff entrance, and the dental centre, before turning right towards our entrance.

If you're approaching from Monkgate, you'll see a large building straight in front of you. Head towards the right and go around the building. We're just behind.
