It's Time to Talk Day 🗣️ If you're struggling with an issue related to your sexual health, such as a diagnosis; an unplanned pregnancy; self-confidence; or sexual assault, you can self refer to our specialist counselling service via yorsexualhealth.org.uk/wellbeing/sexual-health-counselling/ If you're hesitant, here are some words from previous service users: ⭐️ I had a really positive experience and found the counselling to be hugely beneficial in helping me move forward with life after experiencing something traumatic.
