We're continuing to roll out our new online system. Here's what you need to know for the remainder of October: ☎️ Our phone lines will be open Monday to Friday between 8am - 10am. We’ll open the lines again in the afternoon, between the hours of 1pm and 4pm. This will be restricted based on demand, and lines may open later or close earlier. Our answerphone will guide you. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. ✉️ We're temporarily extending chlamydia and gonorrhoea postal testing to everyone aged 16+ living in York and North Yorkshire. You may be directed to order a kit during this time. Visit sh.uk to order. 👥 Our Walk In and Wait clinics at Monkgate will run from 8:15 - 9:15am on Monday, 12:30-1:30pm on Tuesday, and 4-5pm on Wednesday. These will be for urgent access only. If you are attending for a routine visit, please call to book an appointment instead. Our Young Persons Walk In will run on Tuesday from 4-5pm. ❗️ We're running on reduced capacity. If you're need is not urgent (such as long acting contraception, cervical screenings etc), please consider contacting us when we resume normal service in November. This will allow us to offer you our full availability.
