Education Outreach Partnership for Schools and Colleges

Our Specialist Clinical and Community Outreach Team are pleased to introduce our Education Outreach Partnership for schools and colleges in York and North Yorkshire.

This free offer supports the mandatory PSHE/RSE curriculum and includes:

Assemblies for Years 9-11, delivering basic sexual health awareness and signposting into service
PSHE sessions for Post 16
PSHE sessions for aged 13+ attending any alternative provisions including PRU and SEND schools
Train the Trainer sessions; supporting school staff in delivering high quality sexual health sessions as part of RSE/PSHE
Training opportunities including LGBTQ+ awareness and condom/chlamydia kit distribution training as part of our GIO scheme.

Disruption to Testing

Between 29th August and 5th September 2025, there will be some disruption to our testing services 🧪 Our hospital trust are changing their laboratory system ❌ We won't be able to carry out any non-urgent testing, so we'll be suspending our Test and Go (TAG) clinics and won't be able to test you during appointments or walk ins if you are asymptomatic (you don't have any symptoms) ✅ If you're experiencing symptoms, please continue to contact us as normal. Our team will be able to advise you on the best course of action. You can also contact your GP, but be aware that they may be facing the same challenges ❤ Under 25?
