Postal Testing

We know how valuable postal testing can be - it's discreet, easy, and you don't have to come into clinic.

We also know that having a consultation with a healthcare professional has better outcomes. That's why we'd always encourage you to come into clinic if you can. We have clinics across the region, including both bookable and walk in clinics, and some virtual options too.

We do still offer postal testing under certain criteria, with our partners SH.UK. You can visit their website to see if you are eligible for a postal kit. These are limited, so if you do meet the criteria but all the kits have been ordered that day, you'll need to try again the next day.

Advice and Guidance

It can be increasingly tricky to find reliable information and signposting to help you make informed decisions. There's a lot of misinformation online, and sorting the facts from the myths isn't easy.

Whether you’re just starting to think about sex or are already active, understanding things like STI testing, contraception, and safer sex can help you make choices that feel right for you. Taking care of yourself means staying informed and knowing where to find support when you need it. We're here to cut through the noise and provide you with the facts.
